Please book your classes, those who have booked will secure their place for the session. We cannot guarantee a space in the class for walk ins.

Car parking is available on site at Noosa Marina (3 hours for free). If you park in the car park on the right, you'll need to scan the QR code avoid getting a parking ticket.  The car park on the left doesn't have a meter.  If you want to come by boat the Noosa Ferry runs from the Sofitel at Hastings Street and stops regularly along the Noosa foreshore until it reaches us at the Marina. Bus services also stop at Pelican Street in Tewantin which is just a short walk to the Studio.

If you are pregnant we strongly advise that you do not practise Hot Yoga. Fortunately we offer plenty of unheated classes which can cater for your needs.

​

All students are required to check in at reception before class.

 

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to allow enough time for yourself to get ready. The studio will be locked 5 minutes before class for security.

​

Please bring a clean, large beach towel and some water. You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat, however we have mats available for hire for $2.

​

Shoes and phones should be left outside the yoga room. Please maintain silence when entering the yoga room to allow your fellow yogis to enjoy their well deserved peace.

​

To avoid disruption, we ask that you stay for the whole class time to prevent disturbing the Yoga flow.
